Pricing
We can comfortably accommodate up to 150 guests for our Shady Grove venue, and 350 guests in Stone Ridge for your big day. We will allow time for decorating, receiving vendors, getting dressed and wedding photography.
We will also allow five hours to be set aside for the ceremony and reception, to include at least one half hour for cleanup. Also included is a one hour rehearsal time the evening before to be scheduled around any event that is scheduled that evening.
Our venue price is $1900 for Shady Grove, $2800 for Stone Ridge (2012)
$2100 for Shady Grove, $2800 for Stone Ridge (2013) and includes:
- Outdoor wedding pavilion with sound system.
- Peachick Bridal House (Shady Grove), Peachick Bridal Room (Stone Ridge).
- Groom room.
- Prep kitchen for your caterer.
- Event halls are equipped with central heat and air.
- Shady Grove event barn includes an iPod ready, professional sound system with lights and disco ball.
- 100 (Shady Grove), 300 (Stone Ridge) white, padded wedding chairs at the reception area.
- 100 (Shady Grove), 200 (Stone Ridge) white, padded wedding chairs at the wedding arbor.
- 10 round tables, 4 rectangular tables (2 are 8' and 2 are 6'), and 2 square tables (4') at Shady Grove.
- 25 round tables, 10 rectangular tables (4 are 8', 4 are 6' and 2 are 4') at Stone Ridge.
